This Forum is Dedicated For all The Object Oriented PIC Lovers .......... The concept behind OOPic is straight forward. Use preprogrammed multitasking Objects from a library of highly optimized Objects to do all the work of interacting with the hardware. Then write small scripts in Basic, C, or Java syntax styles to control the Objects. During operation, the Objects run continuously and simultaneously in the background while the scripts run in the foreground telling the objects what to do.

[oopic] Daisy Chaining a GPS module and Devantech compass on an OOPic-R

Hello,

I am trying to interface a Total Robotics GPS module and a Devantech CMPS03 compass module to an OOPic-R. I was wondering if these two devices would work simultaneously, with different addresses, if I connected the GPS module's I2C input to the PRG port on the OOPic-R and then connected the CMPS03 to the I2C output of the GPS module. Please help if you can!

Thank you,
Kev1814
