Sure, the oEEPROM object allows you to store data in the unused
portion of the EEPROM above the program.

If you have an S board, you can use a second EEPROM and stay
completely away from the program.

Of course, you can interface another EEPROM using the oI2C object
completely separate from the program EEPROM.
