I can do better than that! Send me a personal email and I will return
the famous James Lynch tutorial that details the entire setup
including Eclipse (the IDE) and the tool chain. Everything you need
to get started.
The tutorial is difficult to find on the Internet. Hosting has been a
problem.
Sign in with the lpc2000 group here on Yahoo if you need additional help.
The Prototyping Board for LPC2148 has a serial port so all you need to
program the device is a serial port on your PC and a straight through
cable.
The Header Board needs an external RS232 level shifter to do the
device programming.
