This Forum is Dedicated For all The Object Oriented PIC Lovers .......... The concept behind OOPic is straight forward. Use preprogrammed multitasking Objects from a library of highly optimized Objects to do all the work of interacting with the hardware. Then write small scripts in Basic, C, or Java syntax styles to control the Objects. During operation, the Objects run continuously and simultaneously in the background while the scripts run in the foreground telling the objects what to do.

[oopic] Where to begin?

We are highschool students working on building a Mark III Sumo-Bot for
an advanced science class. We have never done programming or have any
experience in building robots. We have purchased the kit - Mark III
Complete Kit (OOPic Version) and are ready to get started. However, we
aren't sure on how to go abouts beginning. We have printed out the Mark
III User's Guide as recommended by a teacher. We're not familiar with
this vocabulary and were wondering if anyone could help us out.

Thanks in advance!
