[oopic] OOPic Problem

Everytime I try and load a program into my OOPic C is give me this
error pop up saying it can't write to the EEProm and tells me it's
either my cable, power, or that I need to erace the EEProm or reset the
OOPic. I've tried everything and nothing's working. I still keep
getting the same thing. My cable configuration is ok cause it said it
found the cable and I know all my settings are right cause nothing has
changed. Any suggestions?
