PIC and for SCP. You can't take those away from the ooPIC OS. IOLine
21 is the oFreqH object which is also dedicated hardware like the oPWMH
lines (17 and 18) are. I was not aware that the object would monopolize
that IO line but perhaps it does. Did you have an oFreqH object defined?
