This Forum is Dedicated For all The Object Oriented PIC Lovers .......... The concept behind OOPic is straight forward. Use preprogrammed multitasking Objects from a library of highly optimized Objects to do all the work of interacting with the hardware. Then write small scripts in Basic, C, or Java syntax styles to control the Objects. During operation, the Objects run continuously and simultaneously in the background while the scripts run in the foreground telling the objects what to do.

Huh. What an amazingly stupid act on the part of a manufacturer.
Without any warning you have obsoleted a product that you were selling
yesterday as front-line, and now you have dropped all support for it.
I can't think of *anything* that would piss off users more than what
you have just done. No wonder Dennis bailed out. I certainly would
have. Heck, even Microsoft provides a support period for legacy
products.

Something you have just killed. Looks like I will be looking for a new
system to use in my classes.

It would have to be *amazingly* good to get me to ever use your
products again.

Yeah, like anyone would touch them with a 10-foot pole at this point.
