This Forum is Dedicated For all The Object Oriented PIC Lovers .......... The concept behind OOPic is straight forward. Use preprogrammed multitasking Objects from a library of highly optimized Objects to do all the work of interacting with the hardware. Then write small scripts in Basic, C, or Java syntax styles to control the Objects. During operation, the Objects run continuously and simultaneously in the background while the scripts run in the foreground telling the objects what to do.

[oopic] Re: BASIC vs. C/Java syntax

Guys,

I enjoy a technical boxing match as much as the next guy but can we
keep the tit-for-tat to a minimum? I realize some corked up
frustrations are being vented atm but after 169 or so messages in the
last 3 days, I think we're all ready to move on :)

There's a great potential here for round-robin discussion on upcoming
ooPic product development with Scott's recent activity but I'd rather
it stay moving in a positive direction.

my 2 cents.

Ryan
