I like your product. My students like your product. They and I have
spent money on your product. I guess that makes us customers. What we
asked for is only what you had already promised. I am sorry you feel
put upon and that our annoyance is unreasonable.
Do you want us to buy your future products? If so, sometimes it pays
to be nice even when you don't feel like it.
BTW, thank you for keeping your promise to come out with a fix for the
event bug. I appreciate it.
