5V. That means the small regulator is working. I also try
the "cosmic wedgie" recovery and it does not help. Then, I use
another OOPIC-R board and program the EPROM successfully. But puttig
it back on the problem OOPIC-R board has no response. The EAC light
is not ON at all. Is the board defective?
