executable statement of your program. If you don't you will
eventually have a 'cosmic wedgie' problem and not be able to reprogram
your OOPic without yanking the EEPROM. Yes, the 5 second delay is a
PITA. It's just a cost of doing business with the OOPic.
Second, consider putting 330 ohm resistors in series with ALL IOLines
when they leave the board. This shouldn't degrade the signals by very
much but it will provide a lot of protection to the OOPic.
