OOPIC Forum: RE: [oopic] Help me out----can not download program to eeprom(ooPIC-R)

I believe the OOPIC needs at least 7.5v input to run the 5v regulator onboard. A 5 volt input will not provide the voltage for the regulator to output 5 volts. Use the 9 volt adapter provided.
