[oopic] Re: event fix. (Exe Ver 6.1.2) Removed for testing

Andrew Porrett has convinced me that posting the Very 6.1.2 without
testing how the patch affects all the other properties was a bad idea.

It will be re-posted after he tests all 7366 properties. It should be
up in an hour or so.
