[oopic] Serious OOPic-R Issue

When I turn on my OOPic, it works fine, but after a couple seconds, it
wont do anything, even if I reset it, it wont download code, etc. It
just freezes. Then when I turn it off for about a minute and back on,
it does the same thing over.
