> Hi... its me again. Sorry got some problems with connecting my
stepper motor to make it work. i am using the OOBot from Oricom Tech
and due to my stepper motor being of higher current then the L293 can
support. I resorted to fixing two L298 with the I/O ports available
on the bot. How do i connect the stepper motors to the pin. The I/O
ports are those 3 pin servo head kinds. Anyone have any idea where
should i put the input of my driver to?

If you check the oopic manual, you will notice that the stepper motor
objects work with specific cpu pins, so you need to connect those
pins to your external driver board. In general, you will pick up only
the inner pins, which carry the signals, on the OOBOT40 3-row
headers. You will also need a ground.
Also, as the SN754410 chips on the OOBOT40 board are already wired
properly to drive stepper motors, you might use the "output" pins of
those chips to connect to your external driver board. Eg, wire output
1 of the SN754410 chip to input 1 of the external L298, etc. Also,
you will need to wire the enable pins of the L298 high.
