[oopic] New to Oopic R

Hi,
I'm trying to reprogram an Oopic-R but the PC doesn't seem to recognize
it. We tried using the hyper terminal and pressing the reset button
but I missed something in the middle of it. Does anyone has an idea of
what should I do? Thanks!
