[oopic] Re: using oDataStrobe and other questions

Ah, the good ol days with the c64
I finished up a similar project that used 3 74ac573 chips the only
propblem I ran into was having the outputs come on before the oopic
got all powered up. ended up with a pull op on the /OE and had the
oopic pull it low to enable the latches after it got the initial
delay. I didn't think to try the oDatastrobe to set the latches
though. just pulsed each of the output pins connected to the LE on
the chips to write the date to the latches. seemed the simplest way
at the time.
