Right - local devices! Then check the size of the pull-up resistor.
It needs to be around 2.2k. Sometimes 4.7k will work but it depends
on the capacitance of the circuit including your new wires.

Body: DigiKey WM2003-ND
Pins: DigiKey WM2312-ND
Crimper (not required): Jameco 99443
