[oopic] Data storage & data access in EEPROM

Hello,
I want to store some data in the EEPROM & access it in my
program. But I don't know how much memory I can use Or from which
address I can use for this. That means, Since the program also stored
here, I know that I should be careful about handling it.
So can you tell how i can find the memory needed by the program?
