[oopic] How to make parallel programming cable?

Hi everybody,

I've just bought the OOPIC II+ but I accidently got the one with
paralel programming cable. Unfortunately, the link
(http://www.oopic.com/progcabls.htm) at the web site that tells how to
make the serial programming cable is not working so could you please
post the serial programming cable configurations so I can make my own
cable.
